Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ವರ್ಷದ ಯಾವುದೇ ದಿನ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಬಹುದು.
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes. ಈಗಿರುವ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
  3. 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership. ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ KYC (ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಪರಿಚಯ) ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
  4. 4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳ 10ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನೊಳಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಸಿಕ ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
  5. 5. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options ಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಗದು, ಚೆಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
  6. 6. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption. ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಬೇಕು.
  7. 7. Failure to surrender the card will result in cancellation of membership. ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲು ವಿಫಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
  8. 8. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days. ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ರಸೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು 7 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
  9. 9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date. ತಡವಾದ ಪಾವತಿಗಳು ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡುತ್ತವೆ.
  10. 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early. ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
  11. 11. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment. ಕೊನೆಯ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಕಂತು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ನಂತರವೇ ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
  12. 12. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery. ಆಭರಣಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
  13. 13. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
  14. 14. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation. ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾರಣ ತಿಳಿಸದೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದೆ.
  15. 15. No cash refund will be done customer can redeem gold coin or gold jewellery ನಗದು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣಗಳನ್ನು ರಿಡೀಮ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
